36 week update

No real "photographic edits" on this pic but thought I'd give you the 36 week belly update as we are approaching the due date:-) I'm so ready to meet this little babe...but still need about 24 to 48 hours at least!

Officially Summer

I guess you can say it's officially summer. Judging by the heat, yes that's one way to tell but have you seen your first lightning bug yet? Well, WE HAVE, WE HAVE! Nothing like a walk at 8:30 at night and you and your hubby see the same one and high five with excitement! :-)

January, February, March, April, May, ??????

June 1st ladies and gentlemen. When did this happen?!?! You know that feeling when you think you have alot more time than you really do??? Well yeah, that's what just happened to me. June 1st now means that 1. I am officially done with Grad school (which was really done about a month ago:-) ) 2. My hubby's summer officially begins 3. I'm going to be a mommy and 4. I am running out of time of all the things I wanted to get done. Note to self and other prego sauces' out there---DO NOT START TO TEAR YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE APART TWO MONTHS BEFORE YOU ARE DUE! You will not like yourself and nor will your husband...because you really can't do much of it and he ends up doing everything:-) Save yourself and do little by little when you are oh, two months pregnant...and just a word of advice, start on the nursery first!

Getting updated

I thought on this Tuesday as I am updating my current picture gallery, I'd share a little Tuesday fun! Little Miss Bailey! Hope you all are this happy today.

As I previously mentioned, maybe more times than one, it is finally time for me to really buckle down and get this photography passion of mine turned into a career. So truly this time, my dream is coming to reality soon...and by soon, I mean, in the next month or two:-) Blog, website, business cards, and ready to shoot away. weddings, engagement, maternity, children, family, pets-you name it.

We are getting down to the countdown and I couldn't resist putting this picture up! Photography has captured my heart once again and looking at this picture, I just have to pinch myself and continually ask how I got so lucky?! It is not very often that we ladies get to marry our best friend and years later, still continue to have that man make you melt. This picture just makes me fall in love all over again and to think that the love we are both about to share together as a family, shows that dreams really do come true.
