As I said...UNAMERICAN!

As I said, I am unamerican for the way that I make my pb&j's...and here's the explanation from none-other than the PROFESSIONAL PB&J Maker himself...my good friend...BOOG!

"Technically the correct way to make a PB&J:
Scoop a healthy amount of JELLY onto one side of your sandwich bread.
When you have fulfilled your expectations then you take the same knife
and wipe off the excess Jelly onto the opposite piece of bread (the
peanut butter side). This way you do not get any of the left over Jelly
residue in the
peanut butter jar.
After your utensil is wiped clean you apply your heaping amount of
Peanut
butter
, rub smoothly, making sure the entire area of the piece of bread
is covered.
Lastly, you want to wipe the excess peanut butter off on the edge of the
jar in order to maximize the life expectancy of the peanut butter jar."

I'll get it right one day:-)

I think this is wrong. You always start with the peanut butter as it is easier to wipe excess off on the other bread. then you add the jelly!
