Dog Anxiety?

This is what I think my dog has.  An hour, five hours, whatever, she just can't seem to lay down and fall asleep and I have no idea why!  I am hoping it wasn't due to the fact that I almost decapitated her head once in the window:-(  Anyways, I looked over in the car yesterday only to find her sleeping sitting up and of course, decided to pull out the camera.  Being too late, I just started taking pictures of her because she looked cute anyway and I was trying out some photography techniques...and in the end, mission was accomplished---SHE SLEPT...for 3 whole minutes:-)
