He brings a smile to my face...
I must say this has been quite a hard week for me. I found out on Sunday that my "GRAMPS"--my nickname for him:-), passed away. It was quite quick and a little unexpected to say the least. My Gramps was an amazing grandfather with a cute little smile that would get you everytime and he had a lil' jig in him that no one could quite master! When we would visit Gramps, he would always welcome us in the morning with his little dance that brought a smile and a giggle to everyone's face! It is little moments like that I will forever remember and bring a smile to my face. I think my sister said it best and brought us all to peace, "He is now back with Grandma." This is a truly amazing image of seeing them being back together after many years and just brings a big grin across my face. I guess that's the thing you can say my Gramps does to me---
he brings a smile to my face!
Cheers to my GRAMPS---
with your favorite cocktail and my first taste of a cocktail---
I LOVE YOU!

And of course, in honor of you and forever a traditional in the Glanton household-
"SHOT A ROOSTER & KILLED A HEN"
