And so it begins...

This is the day that marks a new year--or in other words in our house, "a new school year". Our household judges the start of the year as the day teachers go back to school. In our case, it makes sense...our big celebrations occur in August and might as well be our Christmas(or maybe that's just me;-) ). When Christmas comes around, most other Americans know the end of the year is coming to an end because New Year's is just around the corner. In our house, we start our new year today. We just celebrated our anniversary, my birthday, and summer vacation...that sounds like Christmas to me:-)...and looky here, we are already back to school today (well, just Matt really...I started classes last week but it won't be too long before I am hopefully on the same schedule). Time sure does fly! So on this lovely, rainy day to start the year, I am back at square one...Matt's off to start a new year, which means basketball season is right around the corner and I'm left pondering what the heck I am going to do for a J-O-B--aka. I need to make some money, while the routine continues of my weekly classes. And so it begins...
