Why not?

I'm not really good about making lists, or rather I should say completing lists. I am actually rather great about creating them but sometimes they fall through the cracks and are never fully completed...oops! Thanks to the my wonderful blog inspiration, Kris.10.K, (the reason I started blogging:-) ), I am doing a slight bit of borrowing today. On my way home from class last night, I found myself thinking(I have an hour and 15mins. every Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday to do a lot of thinking;-) ) about her post from yesterday which got ME thinking about what would my top 10(maybe a couple more) things to do this fall be? Well, here it is...and hopefully this can be a list that gets completed...THIS year in 2009:-)

My top 10(and a few for good measure) things to do THIS fall(or maybe just this year):

1. Take a "fall" picture with our small little family (pups included)
2. Go annual Apple Picking at Carter Mountain which means...
3. Eat an apple doughnut
4. Go to a Wine Festival
5. See Colbie Calliat at the 9:30 club
6. See if we can get tickets to see a UVA football game
7. Go to D.C. for the day
8. Capture a "fall" photo
9. Random, but see the Barnum & Bailey circus (if it even comes in the Fall:-) )
10. Enjoy a bottle of wine one evening with my amazing husband on the back deck
11. Get "fall" fragrances for the house(I LOVE THIS SEASON!!)
12. Watch the Redskins win some football games(unfortunately, this is out of my hands!)
13. See if there is an event at Wolftrap to see (I love that place!)
14. And one that will be kept secret:-)

OH I TOTALLY KNOW WHAT THE SECRET IS!!!! Ok, lets do Colbie together, lets go apple picking, lets cheer for a Skins game together, there are a ton of wine festivals going on this fall (I am sure we can find one when you are here, and if not, we can just go to a vineyard - woohoo) and I happen to live within walking distance to DC, so I could probably help you out with that one too. You're my favorite blogger (no, for real) so thank you for being you!!!
