what's all this talk about?

 

funny story.  all you nats fans already know who Strasburg is.  me, i didn't really know all the hype behind this guy.  well apparently he is a big deal and had his first start last night earning the nats a win and a name to keep the fans happy and wanting more.  well what you didn't know, was that i was a fan of this jersey months ago...with no reason behind it except for the name.  i actually was walking past a sports store and saw it in the window and it caught my eye immediately.  my reasoning, not because i knew of the phenomenon of this pitcher but  because the name is almost exactly like my good ol' friend's-but with another "s" and it was an excuse to get another t-shirt.  i actually took a picture of the jersey on my phone and sent it to her in a text message!  needless to say, i didn't get a shirt that day but may just be on the watch for one in the near future.  after all, it would have more than one meaning and I could cheer for the Nats!  'Cause you know I'm quite the baseball fan these days :-)
